The classic version of our chocolate dates as a VEGAN variant: instead of milk, this couverture contains organic soy, for which no rainforests were cleared, as well as 40% fine cocoa, raw cane sugar and pure cocoa butter, refined with real vanilla, star anise and cinnamon.
